Meal Prep 101 Cooking Class

Please join Mike's Organic, Megan Sullivan of the Local Moms Network and Kinney Lane for a healthy meal prep cooking demo on October 22nd from 7:30-9:30p. 

 Demo will include hands-on techniques that will help you create easy, healthy, versatile meals that will use your limited time in the kitchen most efficiently.
